Credit and usage

What you see

The portal and Agent show available credit, free allowance, usage percentage and the next reset time when the account service is reachable. Billing shows top-ups, bonuses and ledger history; Usage shows tokens, mode, request status and charge details.

• Credit is shown in USD with two decimal places.
• Token counts are measurements, not the internal currency.
• Free allowance resets according to the configured platform window.
• Paid modes remain unavailable when billable credit is insufficient.

Top-up bonus

The current bonus tiers are configured by Admin and displayed on the public pricing and billing surfaces. The bonus is calculated from the eligible top-up amount and credited with the transaction according to the active policy.

• Read the effective total before confirming payment.
• Payment status is finalized by the verified provider callback.
• Do not rely on a browser redirect alone as proof of payment.

If a charge looks wrong

Record the account, time, request status and billing reference, then contact support. Never send a password, API key, session cookie or provider secret in a support message.
