Account data
PLUXIX stores the account information required for authentication, billing, devices and connected services. Service credentials and access tokens are protected by the backend.
Project data
Local source files remain in the workspace where the Agent runs. Cloud metadata may contain project and conversation identifiers needed to synchronize the product experience.
Usage and billing
Usage, token accounting, service cost and account-charge records are retained to calculate credit, free quota and reconciliation. These records are visible through the account Usage experience.
Your controls
You can review sessions, revoke devices, disconnect services and request account support through the product.
